Operations Coordinator Job in Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness is hiring an experienced Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations at our production facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, purchase, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely order execution, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate daily manufacturing and operational activities.
✔Work closely with Production, Purchase, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments.
✔Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
✔Track customer orders from production to dispatch.
✔Prepare operational reports, MIS, and production documentation.
✔Maintain inventory records and coordinate material availability.
✔Update ERP systems and maintain operational data accuracy.
✔Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO, and company policies.
✔Support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
✔Coordinate internal communication between departments.
✔Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate when required.
✔Assist management in planning and execution of manufacturing activities.

Required Skills
✔2+ years of experience in operations coordination or manufacturing support.
✔Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
✔Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
✔Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Ability to work under deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
✔Strong documentation and reporting skills.
✔Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
✔Knowledge of cosmetic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.

Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
✔Candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
