Manufacturing Operations Executive Job in Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Bavla production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, inventory management, cross-functional coordination, documentation, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔Coordinate daily manufacturing and production operations.
✔Monitor production planning and ensure on-time order execution.
✔Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
✔Track production progress and prepare daily operational reports.
✔Maintain inventory records and monitor material availability.
✔Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and company quality standards.
✔Support production scheduling to maximize efficiency.
✔Resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
✔Maintain ERP records, production documentation, and MIS reports.
✔Assist in continuous process improvement and cost optimization.

Required Skills
✔Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
✔Strong knowledge of production coordination and factory operations.
✔Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
✔Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
✔Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or quality systems is an advantage.
✔Good reporting and documentation skills.
✔Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Educational Qualification
✔Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔Candidates with experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
