Manufacturing HR Executive Job in Bavla, Ahmedabad – HCP Wellness Private Limited

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring a dedicated and result-oriented Manufacturing HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR coordination, employee documentation, attendance support, onboarding, and manpower planning for our growing manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and hiring coordination for factory, production, quality, packing, warehouse, maintenance, and admin roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, consultants, social media, and local hiring channels.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Support manpower planning as per production, packing, warehouse, and factory department requirements.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR record maintenance.
Maintain attendance records, leave coordination, and basic HR MIS reports.
Coordinate with factory teams for shift planning, manpower availability, and employee-related requirements.
Assist in salary inputs, employee database updates, and HR compliance documentation.
Support employee engagement, grievance coordination, and workplace discipline activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and joining reports.
Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and factory departments.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all HR and recruitment activities.

Required Skills
Good experience in manufacturing HR, factory recruitment, and HR operations.
Knowledge of hiring for production, packing, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and factory roles.
Good understanding of attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage manpower requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of HR compliance, employee discipline, and workplace coordination.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
Ability to coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and factory teams.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.
Ability to handle multiple HR and recruitment tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
