Job Overview
We are hiring motivated professionals for multiple roles at our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. The selected candidates will support quality control, research & development, operations, client handling, and business coordination, ensuring smooth manufacturing, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Based)
✔QA / QC Executive
✔Perform raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality checks
✔Maintain GMP, ISO, and documentation compliance
✔Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams
✔Handle audits, deviations, and CAPA

R&D Executive / Formulator
✔Develop and improve skincare, cosmetic, and oral care formulations
✔Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing
✔Maintain formulation and trial batch records
✔Support scale-up and commercialization

Client Coordinator / CRM
✔Act as a single point of contact for B2B clients
✔Coordinate between sales, production, QC, and dispatch
✔Track orders, timelines, and approvals
✔Handle client communication, follow-ups, and documentation

Account Executive
✔Manage billing, invoicing, and GST compliance
✔Maintain financial records and MIS reports
✔Coordinate with auditors and internal departments
✔Handle vendor and client accounts

Operations Executive
✔Monitor daily production and dispatch activities
✔Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules
✔Ensure SOP adherence and process efficiency
✔Support inventory and logistics operations

Required Hard Skills
✔Knowledge of cosmetic / skincare / oral care manufacturing
✔Understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality systems
✔Documentation, reporting, and ERP/Excel skills
✔Inter-department coordination abilities

Required Soft Skills
✔Strong communication & coordination skills
✔Attention to detail and quality mindset

✔Problem-solving and teamwork
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Education / Certifications
✔QA / QC / R&D: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Cosmetic Science
✔Accounts: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Tally with GST knowledge
✔Operations / CRM / Coordination: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for senior roles)

Preferred Experience
✔0–2 years: Freshers with relevant education can apply
✔2–5 years: Experience in cosmetic, pharma, FMCG, or personal care manufacturing preferred
✔Experience in OEM / private label manufacturing is a plus
