HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of IT Server Administrator – Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat based in Bavla.

We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Server Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.
Key Responsibilities
✔Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
✔Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls
✔Monitor server performance, uptime, and system health
✔Perform server patching, updates, and security hardening
✔Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions
✔Configure and maintain virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V preferred)
✔Manage firewall, network security, and data protection systems
✔Troubleshoot server-related hardware and software issues
✔Maintain server logs, documentation, and IT asset records
✔Support ERP systems and database servers
✔Ensure cybersecurity compliance and endpoint protection
✔Coordinate with IT vendors for AMC and server maintenance
Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
✔Experience with Active Directory & DNS/DHCP management
✔Virtualization experience (VMware / Hyper-V)
✔Server backup & disaster recovery management
✔Knowledge of firewall and network security configuration
✔Experience in monitoring tools and performance tuning
✔Basic database support (SQL Server/MySQL preferred)
✔Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
✔Problem-solving and analytical skills
✔Good communication and coordination ability
Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate
Experience Required
2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator
