Job Summary
We are hiring a B.Pharm / M.Pharm Fresher for IPQA Officer / QA Officer role at HCP Wellness Private Limited. The selected candidate will support in-process quality assurance, documentation, batch manufacturing checks, line clearance, GMP compliance, quality inspections, and production quality control activities.
This role is suitable for male candidates who want to build a career in Quality Assurance, IPQA, GMP documentation, cosmetic manufacturing quality, and pharma manufacturing quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, packing, and dispatch stages.
Conduct line clearance before starting production, filling, and packaging activities.
Check batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, logbooks, and quality-related documents.
Monitor GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality compliance on the production floor.
Verify raw material, packaging material, product appearance, labeling, coding, and packing quality.
Report quality deviations, non-conformities, and process issues to the QA Manager or senior quality team.
Support documentation related to SOPs, checklists, formats, records, and batch control.
Coordinate with production, packing, warehouse, and QC departments for smooth quality operations.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved specifications and company quality standards.
Support internal audits, quality inspections, and corrective action follow-ups.
Maintain proper records for IPQA activities, line checks, sampling, and quality verification.
Follow company policies, GMP practices, safety rules, and quality assurance procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of GMP, QA, IPQA, and quality assurance systems.
Good understanding of documentation and record-keeping practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing, filling, and packing processes.
Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and quality control instructions.
Good coordination skills with production, packing, warehouse, and QC teams.
Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to learn quality assurance processes.
