Job Summary:
HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a IPQA Officer to ensure in-process quality assurance during manufacturing and packaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality parameters, conducting real-time inspections, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Conduct in-process quality checks at various stages of manufacturing and packaging.
✔Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines throughout the production process.
✔Monitor critical control points to maintain product quality and safety.
✔Verify batch records, process validation, and documentation as per quality standards.
✔Identify and report deviations, non-conformities, and process discrepancies.
✔Conduct line clearance activities before and after manufacturing processes.
✔Ensure proper hygiene and safety compliance in production areas.
✔Collaborate with QA, QC, production, and R&D teams to maintain quality standards.
✔Assist in investigations of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
✔Keep updated with the latest IPQA techniques, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
✔Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IPQA, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing in the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, and quality management systems.
✔Knowledge of documentation, process validation, and batch record review.
✔Good analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure real-time quality monitoring.
