Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IPQA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring in-process quality compliance across manufacturing stages to maintain product integrity and GMP adherence in line with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and batch records.
✔Monitor critical process parameters and document deviations in real-time.
✔Perform line clearance activities before batch processing.
✔Ensure proper labeling, material usage, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
✔Identify and report any quality non-conformities or potential risks.
✔Assist in the investigation of deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
✔Collaborate with production, QC, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
✔Prepare and maintain IPQA-related records, checklists, and logs.
Qualifications:
Education:
✔Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or any related scientific field.
Required Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
✔Experience with in-process checks in cosmetic/pharmaceutical/FMCG manufacturing.
✔Understanding of batch manufacturing records and SOP documentation.
Soft Skills:
✔Strong attention to detail.
✔Good communication and coordination skills.
✔Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
✔Team-oriented with a focus on compliance and integrity.
Experience:
✔2–4 years of relevant experience in IPQA within the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
