Job Summary:
The Inventory Associate/Manager will oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
✔Data Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory records using ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar).
✔Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
✔Procurement Support: Assist in purchase order management and coordinate with suppliers.
✔Warehouse Coordination: Ensure proper storage, FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance, and minimize product expiry/wastage.
✔Reporting: Generate inventory reports (stock levels, turnover, shortages) for management.
✔Compliance: Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, WMS, Excel).
✔Knowledge of warehousing best practices (FIFO, batch tracking).
✔Experience in manufacturing/FMCG (preferably cosmetics/skin care).
✔Familiarity with barcoding/labeling systems.
Soft Skills:
✔Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
✔Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
✔Team player with good communication skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:
