HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Store / Inventory Assistant / Executive (RM / PM) Jobs based in Bavla.

Job Description

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a store or inventory assistant or executive who can manage the daily inward and outward raw material and packaging material with proper record and documentation. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in chemical, Pharma, cosmetics or packaging industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
(a)
 Managing both inward and outward in stores
(b) Coordinate with internal teams and maintain MSL
(c) Preparing GRN on regular basis with proper quality checks and COA, MSDS of materials received
(d) Stocking the material based on its receipt and issue as per the requirement
(e) Managing and selling the waste with the help of admin department
(f) Responsible for smooth process of all the store keeping operations
(g) Maintaining housekeeping of all store / inventory area
(h) Prepare and Maintain the Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor data, MSL, Returnable and Non-Returnable gate pass / Delivery challan
(i) Must be able to handle all the physical stock on daily / weekly / monthly basis

Required skills:
(a)
 Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, ERP
(b) Must to able to read, write, speak English, Hindi and Gujarati
(c) Good interpersonal skill
(d) Decision making and Problem-solving aptitude
(e) Ability to work well with a team
