HR & Recruitment Executive Job in Bavla, Ahmedabad – HCP Wellness Private Limited

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, toothpaste, and personal care manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and private label solutions for growing cosmetic and personal care brands.

We are hiring a dedicated and result-driven HR & Recruitment Executive to manage recruitment, HR coordination, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, employee documentation, and hiring support for our growing manufacturing and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, production, quality, packing, warehouse, sales, marketing, admin, and office roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers for timely hiring closure.
Prepare and publish job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussion, offer coordination, and joining confirmation.
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and basic HR records.
Coordinate with internal departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
Support employee engagement, attendance coordination, and HR administrative activities when required.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth communication throughout the HR and recruitment process.

Required Skills
Good experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Ability to recruit for manufacturing, factory, sales, marketing, admin, and corporate roles.
Good understanding of HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong resume screening and interview scheduling ability.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and HR tasks at the same time.
Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Target-oriented mindset with ownership, discipline, and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / MHRM preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years
