HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Executive Job in Ahmedabad

Company Overview
HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing, offering customized third party manufacturing and contract manufacturing solutions for growing personal care and cosmetic brands.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, office, sales, marketing, production, quality, R&D, packaging, and operations roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
Prepare and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, company website, and other hiring platforms.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs and manpower requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, explain company policies, and support offer letter coordination.
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timeline.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates quickly.
Basic understanding of HR policies, hiring documentation, and onboarding processes.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple job openings at the same time.
Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking.
Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience Required
1–3 years experience required
