Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This position is based at our manufacturing unit in Bavla, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Management:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Drive initiatives related to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement programs.
    • Address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  3. Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Support employee growth and career progression.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
