HR Executive – Talent Acquisition | HCP Wellness, Bavla Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading private label cosmetic manufacturer in India, headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in high-quality skincare, hair care, oral care, and toothpaste manufacturing, offering customized third-party and contract manufacturing solutions for growing personal care brands across India and globally.

We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our growing People & Culture team at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for manufacturing, R&D, quality control, sales, and corporate functions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and plant management.
Conduct initial telephonic and in-person screenings to assess candidate fit, salary expectations, and availability.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for high-volume blue-collar, white-collar, and leadership roles.
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and complete pre-joining documentation.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding process.
Update and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards.
Manage job postings across Google Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri for maximum visibility.
Assist in campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in drives as required.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

Required Skills
2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (manufacturing or FMCG/cosmetic/pharma industry preferred).
Hands-on experience with job portals: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Jobs.
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, X-ray, and social media recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Ability to handle bulk hiring and niche role closures simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Keka, or similar).
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and document management.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
