We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator – Recruitment to join our growing HR team at HCP Wellness. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with department heads to attract and retain top talent across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination for plant, sales, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule technical/HR rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and hiring status.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, draft JDs (Job Descriptions), and define ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions across manufacturing and support functions.
Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
Manage job postings across all platforms — Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, company website — ensuring consistent and employer brand-aligned messaging.
Assist in onboarding formalities: document collection, background verification coordination, and new hire orientation scheduling.
Support HR MIS reporting — prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards and present updates to HR leadership.
Drive campus hiring initiatives and manage relationships with colleges, placement cells, and staffing vendors.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, maintaining professional communication at each touchpoint.

Required Skills
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals: Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Shine.
Strong understanding of HR processes: JD creation, structured interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRMS software (Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder and candidate engagement.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed-to-hire.
Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF/ESIC compliance, and statutory hiring norms as applicable in Gujarat/India.
Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills — capable of tracking data and building recruitment dashboards.
Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with employer branding practices and social media recruitment strategies.

Educational Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (preferred) from a recognized university
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA) with relevant HR experience.
Certifications in HR (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
