Key Responsibilities
✔Frontend Design & Layouts: Build modern, responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.  
✔WordPress Development: Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, Elementor page templates, and custom post types.  
✔UI/UX Optimization: Translate design mockups into fast, clean, and interactive web experiences for mobile and desktop users.  
✔Site Performance & Speed: Optimize page render times, CSS/JS bundling, image assets, and Core Web Vitals for sub-3-second loads.  
✔On-Page & Technical SEO: Implement structured metadata, clean semantic tags, Schema markup, and XML sitemaps.  
✔Cross-Browser & Device Compatibility: Ensure complete cross-browser rendering consistency (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).  
✔Security & Plugin Audits: Manage plugin updates, enforce SSL standards, conduct malware checks, and maintain site security.  
✔Analytics & Pixel Setup: Integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel scripts.  
✔E-Commerce Frontend: Support WooCommerce product page design, cart customization, and checkout flow enhancements.  
✔Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve frontend display bugs, broken script executions, and layout shifts.  

Required Skills
✔Core Frontend Tech: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and media queries.  
✔WordPress Mastery: Hands-on experience with WordPress ecosystem, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and theme builders.  
✔UI Frameworks: Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar responsive CSS frameworks.  
✔Basic PHP Understanding: Ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot basic PHP scripts within WordPress theme files.  
✔Technical SEO Principles: Working experience with SEO plugins (RankMath/Yoast), PageSpeed Insights, and mobile usability.  
✔Design & Asset Slicing: Proficiency in slicing and optimizing web images using Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.  
✔Hosting & Tools: Basic cPanel skills, FTP/SFTP handling, domain management, and DNS setups.  
✔Professional Mindset: High attention to visual detail, strong problem-solving skills, and good team communication.  

Educational Qualification
✔Degree: B.E. / B.Tech (IT/CS), BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT), or a diploma/certification in Web Development / UI Design.
✔Experience: 1 to 2 Years in frontend and WordPress web development.
