Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate production and maintenance activities at our Ahmedabad facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage the workforce, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and oversee daily production and maintenance tasks.
✔Assign duties to workers and ensure timely task completion.
✔Monitor machinery, production lines, and equipment efficiency.
✔Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
✔Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures.
✔Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
✔Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
✔Maintain records of work progress, equipment maintenance, and workforce management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
✔Expertise in troubleshooting production or mechanical issues.
✔Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and safety guidelines.
✔Familiarity with inventory management and production planning.

Soft Skills:

Education & Certifications:

✔Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

✔Minimum: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
✔Preferred: Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
