Floor Supervisor Job in Ahmedabad – Cosmetic Manufacturing Company

HCP Wellness Private Limited is hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor for our Bavla location. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily floor operations, managing manpower, monitoring production activities, maintaining discipline, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting smooth workflow in the cosmetic and personal care manufacturing unit.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in factory floor supervision, production coordination, manpower handling, packaging supervision, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor activities in production, packing, filling, labeling, and dispatch-related operations.
Monitor manpower allocation and ensure workers follow assigned tasks properly.
Coordinate with production, quality, store, packing, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure daily production and packaging targets are completed as per planning.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the manufacturing floor.
Check work quality during production and packing activities to reduce errors, wastage, and rework.
Track material availability and coordinate with store or production teams for required items.
Maintain daily floor reports, manpower records, production status, and work progress updates.
Train workers on company processes, safety rules, hygiene practices, and work instructions.
Identify floor-level issues and report delays, machine problems, quality concerns, or manpower gaps to seniors.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and equipment.
Support continuous improvement in floor operations, productivity, and workplace organization.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of floor supervision, production coordination, and manpower handling.
Experience in manufacturing, cosmetic production, personal care, FMCG, pharma, or packaging industry is preferred.
Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Basic understanding of production, packing, labeling, filling, and dispatch processes.
Strong coordination skills with production, quality, store, and maintenance teams.
Ability to maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Good observation skills with attention to quality, accuracy, and process control.
Basic knowledge of reports, checklists, and daily work updates.
Ability to handle pressure and complete work within deadlines.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude.

Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (Required).
