Executive – Operation | Manufacturing & Client Coordination | Ahmedabad

HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an Executive – Operation to manage Manufacturing Operations, Client Coordination, and Order Processing for multiple B2B Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Operations Support, Back Office Management, and Client Servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Handle Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure smooth Operations Support and B2B Client Coordination

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Operations Executive, Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or Telecalling Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Operations Management Skills
