✔ Track worker behaviour, movement and process discipline
✔ Support packaging line monitoring job and production monitoring job
✔ Monitor warehouse surveillance job and dispatch monitoring job
✔ Capture screenshots and report unusual activity or inefficiencies
✔ Ensure industrial security monitoring job and safety compliance monitoring
✔ Coordinate with operations team for quick decision making and control
SKILLS REQUIRED
✔ Knowledge of CCTV monitoring software job and surveillance systems
✔ Experience with Hikvision systems preferred
✔ Understanding of operations control executive and operations monitoring job
✔ Basic knowledge of video analysis job and surveillance system operator role
✔ Candidates with AI-based surveillance or smart monitoring systems preferred
