Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented BBA graduates to join our growing team as Vendor Coordinators, Operation Executives, and Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates passionate about operations, vendor management, and supply chain coordination in the FMCG and cosmetic manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordinator:
✔Assist in vendor registration, onboarding, and documentation.
✔Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and delivery timelines.
✔Follow up on PO issuance, invoices, and material quality complaints.
✔Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external vendors.
Operation Executive:
✔Support day-to-day manufacturing, logistics, and dispatch operations.
✔Track material movement across departments and ensure timely processing.
✔Assist in implementing SOPs and quality standards.
✔Work with the production planning and control (PPC) team to align operations.
Assistant Role (General Operations/Coordination):
✔Handle data entry, reports, and MIS generation.
✔Assist in client coordination and order follow-up.
✔Support inter-department coordination for smooth workflow execution.
Qualifications:
Education:
✔BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) – Freshers or up to 2 years of experience.
Hard Skills:
✔MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
✔Basic understanding of ERP systems
✔Good documentation & reporting skills
Soft Skills:
✔Excellent verbal and written communication
✔Time management and organizational skills
✔Problem-solving mindset
✔Team player with ownership attitude
Preferred Experience:
✔Internship or project experience in operations, supply chain, or coordination is a plus
✔Familiarity with FMCG/cosmetic industry trends preferred
