HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of BBA / BCom / BA Fresher – Back Office & Client Coordination | Ahmedabad based in Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad.

Job Description

HCP Wellness is a growing Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, working in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring BBA, BCom and BA Freshers who want to start their career in Back Office Operations, Client Coordination and Manufacturing Support. This role is ideal for young, dynamic fresh graduates who are eager to learn B2B Manufacturing, Client Handling and Operations Management.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Back Office Operations and Client Coordination for assigned brand accounts
• Assist in Client Handling, Client Follow-up and Customer Relationship Management
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Stores, QA and Dispatch Coordination teams
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Order Records
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Dispatch Documentation
• Prepare and share Invoice, Challan, Receipts and Client Documentation
• Assist Customer Support, Operations Support Executive and Client Servicing activities

Eligibility & Fresher Profile
• Education: BBA, BCom, BA (passed or final year)
• Freshers only – no prior experience required
• Good English Communication, Coordination Skills and Teamwork mindset
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS and Documentation preferred
• Interest in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing and Market Trends
