HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Back Office Executive – Manufacturing Operations | Client Documentation | Ahmedabad based in Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad.

Job Description

HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Back Office Executives to support Manufacturing Operations, Client Documentation and Data Management activities. This role is ideal for freshers, interns and experienced candidates looking to build a career in manufacturing operations support, client coordination and back office management.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain Back Office Operations for multiple Client Accounts
• Prepare, manage and share Client Documentation, Invoice, Challan, Dispatch Documents and Receipts
• Update MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Order Records
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Client Follow-up
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Stores, QA and Dispatch Coordination teams
• Track Packaging Material, Inward Outward Records and client-owned materials
• Assist Client Servicing, Customer Support and Operations Support Executive activities
• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and proper Record Keeping for Brands

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate in any stream – BCom, BBA, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BCA, MBA
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience as Back Office Executive, MIS Executive, Data Management Executive, Documentation Executive, Operations Support Executive or Customer Care Executive preferred
• Candidates with exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, Manufacturing Operations, Export Import Documentation, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling will be an advantage
• Good English Communication, Attention to Detail, Teamwork and basic Excel Skills required
