HCP Wellness PVT. LTD. is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Packaging Sourcing (Cosmetics / Personal Care / FMCG) based in Sindhu bhavan, ahmedabad.
We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Packaging Sourcing with strong experience in packaging material sourcing, packaging material procurement, and packaging purchase for cosmetic, skincare, personal care, FMCG, and pharma products under third party manufacturing.
The role requires hands-on exposure to cosmetic packaging sourcing, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and working as a packaging material buyer managing complete packaging sourcing and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔Lead packaging sourcing, packaging material procurement, and packaging purchase for tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing across cosmetics and personal care products
✔ Manage cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, pharma packaging purchase, and third party manufacturing procurement requirements
✔ Work as a packaging material buyer handling PM sourcing and PM procurement for tubes, plastic bottles (HDPE/PET), glass bottles, mono cartons, labels, sleeves, pouches, and sachets
✔ Drive vendor development packaging including supplier sourcing, vendor onboarding, vendor evaluation, and vendor relationship management
✔Handle RFQ, quotation comparison, cost analysis, and price negotiation for packaging purchase and FMCG procurement activities
✔ Ensure cost optimization, quality control, and timely delivery in packaging material sourcing and packaging procurement operations
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for third party manufacturing procurement and packaging execution
✔ Manage packaging specifications including measurements, artwork alignment, labeling, stickering, and packaging development
Candidate Requirements
✔ 3–6 years experience in packaging sourcing / packaging material procurement / packaging purchase
✔ Experience in cosmetic packaging procurement, skincare packaging sourcing, or pharma packaging purchase
✔ Strong exposure as packaging material buyer / PM sourcing / FMCG procurement
✔ Knowledge of tube packaging procurement, bottle packaging sourcing, label and carton procurement, and flexible packaging sourcing
✔ Experience in vendor development packaging and supplier management
✔ Strong negotiation, costing, and communication skills
