We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. If you’re eager to start your career in accounting and finance, we welcome you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting entries.
✔Handle invoice generation, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
✔Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
✔Assist with GST, TDS, and tax-related calculations and filings.
✔Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
✔Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
✔Maintain documentation, compliance records, and audit support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
✅ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks is a plus).
✅ Understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✔️ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔️ Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Freshers are welcome! Internship or training experience in accounting/finance is a plus.
